Greetings WV Emmaus Community!

I hope and pray you are having an enjoyable summer so far with family and friends.  I would like to take this opportunity to update you on the pressing needs of our upcoming Men’s Fall weekend AND several wonderful opportunities to gather in July and August.

Gathering – July 13th 6PM

Our July Gathering will be at Benevola UMC, 19925 Benevola Church Rd, Boonsboro, MD 21713 6 – 8pm. If the weather is tolerable, we might have this Gathering in their pavilion. Please bring your family and friends! You can find more information here.

WV#155 Men’s Weekend – September 19th – 22nd

WV#155 is in desperate need of a few men to fill remaining positions on the Team before their first full Team meeting on July 20th. The additional Team meetings are July 27th, August 3rd, 10th, and 24th, 9am – 3pm at Bedington UMC. Your participation is not only meaningful; it is crucial. As you count on Christ, Christ is counting on you – and so is the team. If you feel called to fill this need, please complete an online Team Application at https://westvirginiaemmaus.org/3850-2/ as soon as possible.

We also needed Pilgrim applications for both WV#155 and WV#156! Please prayerfully consider your prospective pilgrims. Completion of both Part A (pilgrims form) and Part B (sponsors form) need to be sent to PO Box 460, Kearneysville, WV 25430 or to the registrar at registration@westvirginiaemmaus.org.

L-P: Warm Side (mac & cheese, green beans, baked beans, casseroles)

Q-U: Cool Side (deviled eggs, cucumber salad, raw vegetables)
